Skills : Electrical Engineer II to assist in development and sustaining engineering projects within the Cardiac Arrhythmia and Heart Failure, Electrophysiology divisions at Client.
Recommending alternate electronic components for Class II / Class III medical products in compliance with IEC60601-1 and ISO 13485 standards.
Best in class knowledge in identifying, recommending, comparing datasheets and characterization of alternate semiconductor chips and other electronic components to the original part that doesn’t meet RoHS compliance.
Duties :
Identifies alternate electronic components that are compliant to RoHS with no exemptions
Participates on engineering teams in completing development projects.
Leads small-scale design change efforts in support of continuation engineering activities.
Completes system, analog, digital, and firmware designs. This includes setting and revising requirements and specifications, debugging, testing electrical circuits and systems, and completing documentation to ensure feasibility and verifiability of performance.
