Shift : 40hrs / week; 8hr days
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package : $3,711.00
RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeking a candidate with strong UM / UR leadership skills (7-10 years), change management experience, supporting leadership / conflict management / resolution, expert in utilization review / process, denial management, kickstarting / supporting new pilot programs / projects, support / mentor direct reports, & knowledge of federal regulations and payor trends.
Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge or care plans.
Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and care options.
Requirements
7 years of Interim Manager- Utilization Management
Epic experience required.
BLS in hand
Shift : 40 hours per week
