In this role, you will collaborate with Global IT Infrastructure Network and Hosting engineers across multiple locations. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and monitoring both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ensuring disaster recovery planning and security compliance. You will also assist in handling escalated incidents, requests, and support project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and discover regional business requirements.
- Deploy and integrate solutions using standard IT tools and processes.
- Provide complex level 3 and 4 engineering support for the deployed environment.
- Lead and execute major infrastructure migrations.
- Support and maintain on-premises infrastructure and Azure cloud hosting environments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation.
- Provide infrastructure roadmap updates to Regional Business and IT Teams.
- Collaborate with the Regional IT Team to support business operations.
- Work independently without direct oversight.
- 3 years of Data Center and Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience.
- 3 years of experience with Azure Cloud, Hyper-V, or VMware Infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Servers and Network support.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Administration, AD, ADFS, DFS, GPO, SCCM).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related IT industry experience.
- Preferred Industry Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, DELL, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2019, 2022).
- Functional knowledge of LAN/WAN and tiered application architecture.
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
