Pediatric Position Profile : A high number of candidates may make applications for this position, so make sure to send your CV and application through as soon as possible. ~22,000 annual pediatric visits ~ Independent pediatric emergency department ~8 pediatric beds including private rooms ~10 hour physician shifts ~8 hour Advanced Practice Provider shifts ~ Level II Pediatric trauma center ~10 bed PICU and 40 bed NICU ~ Pediatric training program at facility ~ Scribe coverage ~ EPIC EMR Life Certification Requirements : EM / PEDS Require moderate Sedation course if not EM Boarded, IF BC must have ATLS, ACLS, BLS and PALS Fellowship Requirements if any : Not needed Residency Requirements : Pediatric or regular EM with Peds experience Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible to apply Must submit 24 months of case logs Specialty Back Up : Scribes, 24 / 7 anesthesia, trauma, neurosurgery and picu in house Health Requirements : Drug screen, tb, flu, covid, MMR titers
