Title: Production Scheduler Admin
Location: Prineville Oregon 97754
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension/Hire)
Shift Timings: 7:00:00 AM - 3:30:00 PM , Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $23/hr- $25/hr on W2
JOB DESCRIPTION
- This role monitors material inventory, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors, which affect schedules.
- Re-dates backorders in AX ERP system with constant communication to the production scheduler.
Responsibilities
- Full coordination with production scheduler, operations manager, and customer service with regards to PW’s and sales order re-dates
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Competent PC skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook, and ERP) preferably Microsoft AX
- Degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years in production scheduling
- 2-4 MRP years Understanding
- 2-4 years ERP experience ( preferably AX or SAP)
Salary : $23 - $25
