Stationary Engineer High Pressure/Boiler Operator
12 Months contract (Contract to Hire)
$40-50.00/hr W2
Operates and maintains high-pressure, manually-controlled and/or fully-automatic high pressure steam boilers; services steam boilers by performing such operations as regulating temperatures, draft fans and natural gas/fuel feeds, controlling and maintaining proper fire, checking controls and servicing all automatic equipment, pumps, injectors, emission control devices and monitors, and accessories; maintains correct fuel and water treatment and water levels; records and interprets pressure, combustion and other gauges; makes functional check of boilers during firing and after completion of major repair operations. Operates chillers, air compressors, and other devices as part of the operation of the central utility plant.
This team Provides 24/7 support for plant operation.
candidates must have completely open availability.
Shift need will depend on coverage needed.
example of possible schedules: 4/10 Day or Night
5/40 Swing or Night shift {3:00 PM to 11:30 PM} or 3rd shift {11:00 PM - 7:00 AM},
4/10 alternate schedule {Saturday - 12hrs, Sunday -12hrs, Monday - 8hrs, Tuesday - 8hrs {AM or PM}}
Must have
-Must have prior boiler operational experience.
-Must have prior Chiller operational experience.
-No degree required.
This team Provides 24/7 support for plant operation.
Candidates MUST have completely open availability.
Shift will depend on coverage needed.
Potential opportunity to go direct after 90 days.
Salary : $40 - $50
