Responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support to other departments, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with both hardware and software. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field. A certain degree of creativity is required.
The purpose of this request is to procure a Developer for ODOT Field Operations Services Information Systems team.

The purpose of this request is to procure a Developer for ODOT Field Operations Services Information Systems team.
- The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are:
- Upgrade .NET Framework Web Applications to .NET Core
- Upgrade .NET Core Web Applications to the latest released version
- Create Azure DevOps Build and Deploy Pipelines
- Conduct unit testing and defect remediation
- Provide estimate hours and target completion milestone dates
- Manage multiple task assignments concurrently and execute work in order of priority
- Provide written progress reports containing tasks and hours performed during report period, tasks and hours planned for next report period, and issues.
