Responsibilities : You are responsible for nursing clinical administration and supervision You will work in collaboration with the Medical Director and Program Director on fiscal management, creating and developing clinically sound, consumer-oriented services responsive to community need You will actively work with senior management and program staff to provide : policies, procedures, training, budget management and interventions Your contributions will promote sound management, high quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement and long-term fiscal solvency of the programs You are responsible for scheduling, orientation, problem solving, communication, staff education and evaluations You will assume delegated responsibilities in the absence of other senior managers Qualifications : Education : RN license within the State of Massachusetts required; BSN required. Experience : Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience required. CPR certification required. Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience required.
