LanceSoft - QIA is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Lake City, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience or equivalent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
The successful candidate will be required to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
Key Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience (or 2 years of PCU RN experience)
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Work Schedule and Employment Type:
This is an ongoing nursing job with a variable shift schedule that includes 12-hour days and nights. You will work 36 hours per week and have the option to apply for shift differentials.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: Min. $30.60 - Max $45.90 (dependent on experience)
- Shift Differentials: 4.25/hr nights and $2.00/hr weekend differential
- Sign-on bonus: $20k (available to new hires)
