About the Role
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. The successful candidate will have experience in an acute care setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying risks and developing interventions to promote patient safety
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
- At least one year of experience in an acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
