As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from various injuries or illnesses. This may include developing and implementing personalized care plans, assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $26.40-27.72 per hour for nurses with 0-1 year of experience, increasing to $34.32 per hour for those with 7-8 years of experience, and up to $39.60 per hour for nurses with 15 years of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of $20,000, as well as relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Rehabilitation RN, and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or be able to obtain licensure prior to starting work. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, and BLS certification is mandatory. CRRN certification is also desirable.
