Elemental Analysis lab
operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing accurate elemental analysis crucial to company's mission of innovation, quality control, and problem-solving.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide quantitative elemental analysis for submitted samples. This role is vital for supporting researchers in developing new materials, assisting manufacturing with quality assurance, aiding legal teams with intellectual property, and uncovering the causes of product failures.
Key Responsibilities :
Apply Your Expertise :
Utilize your background in
Chemistry or a related scientific field
along with experience in
X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF), Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), and / or Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
to analyze samples using
XRF, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and gravimetric methods
Sample Preparation :
Work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment preparing samples from
R&D materials
such as battery components, zeolites, and catalysts (automotive, environmental, chemical, and petroleum sectors).
Quality Assurance :
Maintain strict adherence to
ISO9001 guidelines
ASI quality policies
to ensure the accuracy and precision of all reported data.
Wet Chemistry & Instrumentation :
Leverage your experience working with concentrated acids (
HF, HClO4, HCl, HNO3, H2SO4
to develop new wet chemistry methods and instrumentation procedures in line with research requirements. Prepare calibration standards, working solutions, and reference materials.
Problem Solving & Investigation :
Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate non-conforming data and implement corrective actions.
Data Reporting :
Communicate findings effectively through the
LIMS system
ensuring clarity and precision in all reports provided to researchers.
