Est. Pay Range : $35.00 - $40.00 / hr. on W2
Work Type : Hybrid (Min. 2- 3 days onsite)
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 7.5-hour workday with 0.5-hour unpaid lunch, Paid for time worked only.
Project Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, string analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights. The Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support informed decision-making within Canals Infrastructure.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Clean and preprocess data to remove inconsistencies and errors
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Use data visualization tools such as power BI to present insights in a user-friendly format
- Create clear and compelling visualizations (Charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analyses to derive actionable insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance
- Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure, the integrity of the dat
- Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner
- Propose and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes
Skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Computer science, Statistics, Data Science).
