Job Title : Manager, Demand Planning
Location : 100 Deforest Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936 (Remote)
Duration : 6-7 Months
this position is remote and can sit anywhere, East Coast preferred.
40 hour week with standard office hours (9am-5.30pm ET).
Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree or greater.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
- Create and maintain SKU-level forecast models and demand plans to be used in production / manufacturing planning;
- Lead regular calls with sales team to build bottom-up demand forecasts;
- Research and review sales trends and demand drivers;
- Place production orders and manage inventory levels from order to delivery;
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to orders;
- Monitor KPIs to ensure that the supply chain is performing effectively and efficiently, and take initiative to make adjustments as needed;
- Provide ad hoc inputs and analysis to leadership to maximize effective decision-making.
