What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Product Owner position at LanceSoft?
Duration : 12 months (possible extension)
Location : Rocky Hill, CT (Hybrid)
Shift : 8 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities :
Manage product backlog by creating well defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Implement actionable metrics (i.e. usage of specific features) to drive better business decisions
Coordinate usability testing to understand user experience, uncover design problems, and Client opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure goals are well established
Support development of product vision for innovation ecosystem
Quals
- Bachelor's degree in Business-related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology
- Highly organized with ability to stay on top of multiple projects, teams and deliverables
- Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
