- Prepare and process bill payments, reconciling with the accounting software.

- Provide timely responses to vendors regarding payment status.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of clerical experience, preferably with a business system/ERP/MRP system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
