Job Title: Travel Nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
LanceSoft is seeking an experienced travel nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing interventions as necessary.
Requirements:
- 1 year recent experience (within the last 3 years) in ICU nursing, with a focus on critical care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
