- Position DetailsShift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00 PST)Start Date : 02 / 17 / 2025Contract Length : 13 weeks (possible extension)RequirementsLicensure : RN, LVN, or IMG / FMGExperience : 3 -5 years in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)Proficiency in tools like Power Chart (Cerner), 3M 360, and MidasStrong knowledge of APR and MS DRG methodology, HCC, and risk adjustment methodologies (Vizient, Elixhauser)Experience in DRG downgrades, denials, and appealsClinical documentation / coding knowledge in Trauma, NICU, and Obstetrics is strongly preferredCertifications : CCDS, CCS, or CDIP preferred but not mandatory with CDI experience#HCRK
