What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager () RN position at Lancesoft?
36-hour schedule : Evening / Night shifts Monday-Friday, Day / Night shifts on weekends / holidays. Acute care hospital supervisor experience is required. Supervises hospital operations after leadership leaves for the day. Manages hospital staffing flow, patient, and family concerns. Responds to employee issues and hospital-wide emergency / code calls. Assists units with administering specific medications and placing IVs if needed. Expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Facility does not accept local RN candidates within 75 miles. Floating required. Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for a 13-week contract and 2 shifts for contracts shorter than 13 weeks.
