Travel Nurse RN House Supervisor
LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse RN House Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with at least 4 years of experience in nursing practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a house supervisor on hospital units, providing oversight and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with unit managers, directors, and other stakeholders to address operational issues and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to promote excellence in care delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in nursing practice, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current RN licensure in the United States, with active registration in good standing.
- BLS certification, with ACLS or PALS certification a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the hospital.
