Job Description : Dates of Coverage : March 2025 – January 1, 2026Reason for Coverage : ExpansionPractice Setting : Hospital-based Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)Documentation System / EMR : EpicSupervision Model : ACT Care-Team model; anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals during casesAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 60 totalTrauma Level / Designation : Level 1 Trauma CenterOperating Room Staff : Collegial team environmentNumber of Operating Rooms : 25Training or Experience Requirements : Level 1 trauma experience required; no new graduatesPatient Age Demographics : Few pediatric cases; primarily adolescents, adults, and geriatric patientsRequired Procedures : General surgical cases (adult and pediatric)MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP labIV regional anesthesiaSpinal anesthesiaNeurosurgical casesVentilation managementArterial and central line placementRequirements : Board Certified CRNA Active MI license Clean BackgroundBLS, ACLS, PALSMust have at least 1 year of level 1 trauma experience.
