Product Marketing Manager
The right candidate will be excited to deploy their extensive downstream product marketing capabilities and build compelling collateral in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The right candidate will have experience building strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and product. Last but not least, the right candidate will also have product launch experience and be comfortable with the speed and ambiguity of an early stage solution.
This position reports to the Head of Product Marketing and Market Research and works closely alongside a Product Marketing Manager focused on the plan and provider segments.
Responsibilities
- Bring core value propositions to life through foundational marketing collateral for the employer segment, including : pitch decks, sales sheets, claims documentation, case studies, and more.
- Create competitive landscape analyses and build deep-dives on core competitors in the metabolic space (for the self-insured employer segment)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the GTM strategy and value propositions are resonating in the market, and create feedback loops to refine the value proposition and product positioning for self-insured employers.
- Partner deeply with the Commercial Marketing teams to build compelling campaigns for self-insured employers (working across paid, earned, shared and owned strategies).
