About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at LanceSoft. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

They should also have experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be able to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as verbal instructions and effectively communicate verbally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of assembly technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and address any issues that may impact production.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
- Possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as, comprehend verbal instructions and effectively communicate verbally.
- Computer Familiarity.
- Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to sit or stand as required to perform essential functions.
