Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably with child-adolescent population.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required.
- AHA (American Heart Association) BLS CPR certification required; hospital will provide on-site training for those lacking certification.
- Current CT RN license.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree accepted.
- EPIC experience preferred but not mandatory.
