Shift Hours : 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour on W2 (All Inclusive)

Roles and Responsibilities :
Set up meeting rooms and conference rooms as requiredAssist with building occupant moves within assigned facilitiesPerform occasional cleaning duties for both interior and exterior office areasRestock and maintain records of office and facility suppliesDistribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to company personnel or designated drop-off pointsPerform general clerical tasks and delivery duties as neededAdhere to company policies and procedures for office maintenance and customer servicePerform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) :
High school diploma or GED required1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in a related fieldPrevious experience in copy job services preferredMay require a valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policyKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong customer service skillsGood PC skills and ability to use office machinesStrong organizational and prioritization skillsBasic mathematical and filing skillsAbility to operate office and technical equipment effectivelyWorking Conditions, Mental, and Physical Demands :
