- Analyzes Supply Chain operations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Evaluates business problems and operational procedures to identify potential enhancements to assigned systems to meet changing business requirements.
- Supports Supply chain by assisting in the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of major projects.
- Identifies areas with significant gaps or opportunities for improvement and works to benchmark and implement needed changes.
- Assists in process and business practice development to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory guidance.
- Assists in problem solving, reducing "non-value adding" activities, change management, development of training documentation, and training.
- Supports Supply Chain in all governance and compliance areas ensuring programmatic adherence and standardization with proactive focus on quality, accuracy, documentation, and completeness.
- Assists with planning, developing, and promoting collaborative tools and techniques across the organization to facilitate sharing of ideas and work processes among individuals and work teams. Leverages technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain.
- Performs and solves a range of issues or problems and provides solutions to business partners.
- Understands all areas of Supply Chain business and acts as partner with organizations to ensure policies and programs are aligned within the business as appropriate.
Education - Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in business management, computer
Science or related field; or equivalent education, training and experience.
Experience - 2 years or more years of experience in project management and systems development or supply chain and / or business related work experience including all aspects of plan, development, supporting processes, execution, and closure.
