Immediate Need : Burn ICU RN – Bakersfield, CA 93301 - Weekly Gross - $3,530 (based on 36 hours / week) Location : Bakersfield, CA 93301 ⏳ Contract Duration : 13 weeks Position Details : Unit : Burn Unit Beds : 7 (Adult and Pediatric), Average Daily Census : 4 Shifts : 6 AM or 6 PM (12-hour shifts) Ratios : 1 : 2 (ICU-level care) Floating : PICU, Peds, or Adult ICU Additional Details : Common Diagnoses : Primary burns (ICU-level to Med-Surg for adults and children) Orientation : 2 shifts in the Burn Unit 1 shift in PICU / ICU 1 shift in Peds Vents : Yes Support Staff : Charge Nurse : Yes Burn Techs : Assist with hydrotherapy / dressing changes (not every shift) RT and Pharmacy : 24 / 7 availability Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend Holidays : 2 out of 3 holidays Scrub Color : Navy Blue Call Requirement : As needed, based on census drop Pay Package : Total Weekly Gross : $3,530 (based on 36 hours / week) W2 Rate : $58 / hr ($2,088 weekly) Weekly Per Diem (nontaxable) : $1,442 Interested or know someone who’s a fit?
