Responsibilities
- Work as a registered nurse in a progressive care unit setting, providing direct patient care and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Floating to ICU but only take stepdown patients unless have ICU experience.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in stepdown in an acute care setting required without exception.
- Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., PCU) and licensure as a registered nurse.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
