Job Summary
This 13-week travel Pharmacist opportunity requires a minimum of 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour night shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Develop and implement medication therapy plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active license as a pharmacist in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Inpatient Pharmacist.
- Certifications: ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc.
