They should understand customer service principles, public relations, communication, record management, and file maintenance, and be competent in using E-Mail and Microsoft Office Suite. Motivated individual that sets high standards for themselves and exceeds expectations.
Additionally, they need tactical vision, creativity, presentation skills, mature judgment, superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must accept constructive criticism, maintain data confidentiality, collect data, draw conclusions, and make effective decisions.
Physical And Environmental Elements
This is mainly an office job with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature, and no hazardous exposure. Some physical activity involves demonstrating product application/removal. Finger dexterity is required for using keyboards and office equipment. Clear speech and communication are essential.
Special Requirements/Certification
Requires local travel of less than 10%.

Job Purpose:
Manage accounts through effective communication. Provide excellent customer service for a positive client experience. Use sales tools to grow business and follow up on leads.
Essential Functions
- Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and expand current business.
- Process orders through the internal storefront.
- Confirm purchase order receipts and provide lead times to the customer.
- Use the CRM Tool (Salesforce) to manage the entire sales process, from lead creation to closed sale.
- Utilize the company's internal systems to support customer service, including CMR10 and Power BI.
- Work closely with the sales coordinator to stay updated on the status of existing and pending orders.
- Independently create and qualify prospective customers by leveraging professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and following up with inbound leads.
- Effectively present the value proposition of our solutions to current and prospective customers through phone conversations and digital communication to advance the selling process.
- Provide feedback to leadership on product improvements or innovations and suggest new sales tools that can speed up the selling process.
- Maintain a solid knowledge base of the industry vertical, including understanding competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Participate in sales meetings, budget planning, and establish effective communication with the sales coordinator and sales manager.
Qualifications Guidelines
Required
- Seeking a professional with minimum of 3 years of customer service or inside sales position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and TEAMS.
- Experienced in utilizing CRM tools to manage customer business, preferably Salesforce.
