    • Cross-Functional Communication: Manage communication across teams regarding product updates and improvements, including Sales (timeline expectations) and Marketing (promotional material alignment).
    • Sustainability Strategy: Manage the “Product” pillar of the company’s Partners for Sustainability strategy, ensuring product alignment with EU circularity and sustainability needs.
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Research competing thermal packaging solutions, identify customer pain points and preferences, and integrate feedback into product and service offerings.
    • New Product Development: Identify opportunities for new products that drive revenue growth, either as entirely new concepts or enhancements to proven solutions. Collaborate with VP Sales to build business cases for development.
    • Product Requirements Documentation: Create a requirements document for all new products, specifying performance needs (time and temperature), features, and operational restrictions.
    • Collaboration with R&D: Present the requirements document to the R&D team, clarify gaps, and mitigate potential development delays.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop a launch strategy based on market research, competing solutions, and customer challenges.
    • Customer Surveys & Assessments: Coordinate annual customer surveys and product assessments, gathering qualitative and quantitative data from cross-functional teams.
