Location : Scottsdale, Arizona (In-Office, Lincoln and Scottsdale)
Pay : $23–$25 / hour
Job Type : Full-Time, 1099 Contractor

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Engagement Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our membership base. This role focuses on maintaining consistent communication with members—primarily via phone, email, and text—to ensure they are engaged, supported, and on track to meet their goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-contact, fast-paced environment where building and maintaining strong relationships is key.
This role is all about constant communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering member success.
Primary Responsibilities :
Ongoing Communication :
Engage in continuous outreach with members through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Handle a high volume of daily calls, ensuring every member receives personalized support and attention.
Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries, providing clear and helpful solutions.
1-on-1 Member Check-Ins :
Conduct regular, personalized check-ins with members to assess their progress, address concerns, and offer tailored guidance.
Hold scheduled meetings to keep members engaged and motivated.
Member Engagement and Retention :
Act as the primary contact for members, ensuring they remain active and engaged in the program.
Identify and address barriers to member success, providing solutions to keep them on track.
CRM and Program Support :
Train members on CRM tools to help them track their progress and goals effectively.
Manage and update detailed records of member interactions, progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide program-related support, ensuring members understand and maximize their use of program features.
Funding and Resource Guidance :
Support members in understanding available funding options and navigating related processes.
Offer guidance to ensure members access and utilize resources effectively.
Customer Service Excellence :
Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, making members feel valued and supported.
Proactively address member needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a customer service or member engagement role with high-contact responsibilities.
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone, with exceptional verbal communication skills.
Strong written communication skills for email and text interactions.
Experience with CRM systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple member interactions while prioritizing effectively.
A solutions-focused, empathetic, and professional approach to member interactions.
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information :
This is a 1099 contractor position, requiring full-time, in-office work based in Arizona.
The salary is $23–$25 / hour.

This is a 1099 contractor position, and while our normal office hours are 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday, your schedule is flexible as a contractor. However, this role requires 40 hours per week, and because it involves constant customer contact, most hours will need to align with standard business hours.
