What are the responsibilities and job description for the Work Outdoors position at Land and Air Surveying Inc.?
Job Summary:
We are seeking individuals who enjoy working outdoors to join our Land Survey crew. As a crew member, you will learn and perform a variety of surveys to include: property boundary surveys, topography and architectural surveys, ALTA's, and construction staking. You will also learn to assist in the office with project research, calculations, and map drafting.
Responsibilities:
- Learn & perform survey work with accuracy in a timely manner - Maintain and utilize survey equipment & tools - Assist in office with research, mapping and other office work as needed - Be responsible, courteous & professional
Requirements:
You must be interested in the business of Land Surveying!
- Have a strong work ethic and be committed to learning how to conduct field surveys.
- Ability to lift & carry equipment, hike and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to listen & learn new skills
- Previous experience and or knowledge in land surveying is a plus
This position offers the opportunity to work in an outdoor environment, learn and gain experience in many different Land Surveying practices, and work towards becoming a licensed professional.
Job Type: Full-time
