What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Land and Coates, Inc.?
Job Summary:
To assist customers and service personnel. Routing, scheduling and delivery of equipment for repair and or sales. Assist the shop in repair of equipment. To maintain company standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide world class customer service to customers, both external customers and internal.
- Maintain company processes for estimates, ordering and parts flow to shop.
- Maintain company processes for inventory control and physical security.
- Assist technicians with repair orders as needed.
- Maintain overall store appearance and support sales staff as needed.
- Coordinate delivery and pick up of customers equipment
- Check in equipment and assist in Triage system as needed.
- Lookup of parts in parts systems and invoice or order parts for customers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Analytic ability to help customers identify their equipment and properly order the correct items.
Experience with windows based computer operating system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
