Outdoor Construction Team Member Position

Full Time: Year-Round Position
Starting Wage: $20 / hour- dependent on work experience, increased wages for experienced Foreman
Location: Wausau, WI
Job Description: Want to work outside? Not afraid to get your hands dirty? As an Outdoor Construction Team Member, you can have the opportunity to:
· Operate heavy equipment
· Help transform properties into a beautiful oasis
· Build and create:
o Paver patios and walkways
o Retaining walls and boulder outcroppings
o Unique outdoor rooms
o Fencing, decks and pergolas
o Landscape lighting systems, and so much more!
· Follow designs/ plans to accent landscapes with plants
· Plant and maintain landscape plantings

Job Requirements:
· 40-60 hours/ week; paid overtime
· Active, hard-working individuals
· Responsible and respectful
· Honest
· Valid Driver’s License
· 18 years or older
· Willingness to learn all aspects of outdoor construction, landscape design, and so much more!
