Job Summary:
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence? Land Gorilla is seeking an Inspection Services Manager to lead our Vendor Services department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient and timely fulfillment of inspection orders across our nationwide network, maintaining the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction. Your expertise in data analysis, customer relationship management, and process optimization will be critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of vendor services specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to drive high performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire inspection order lifecycle, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment. Continuously improve workflows and procedures, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed, quality, and efficiency, and implement strategies for optimization.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitor and enforce quality standards, including adherence to legal and regulatory practices related to vendor and client relationships. Perform quality control measures to prevent service errors and ensure consistency.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Implement client and vendor service strategies to enhance satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships. Manage and resolve stakeholder complaints with transparency and efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Leverage data to make informed decisions and drive operational enhancements.
- Technology Utilization: Oversee the use of Land Gorilla’s integrated software platform for service delivery. Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology, including automated and remote inspections, to improve product and service offerings.
Requirements
- A highly disciplined individual with a strong commitment to operational excellence and integrity.
- General understanding of the construction industry and the stages of construction.
- Experience in service delivery, order fulfillment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving performance targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building and maintaining successful business relationships.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Compensation: $65,000 - $114,000/annually, Full-time

Residency Requirements: Candidates must reside in CA, WA, AZ, VA, TX, FL, NC, TN, or MD. We cannot hire individuals outside these states.
