Responsible for preparing all baked goods based on daily production schedules. Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow all production and storage guidelines and procedures; ensure recipes have been followed, and orders delivered in a timely manner. Implement all OSHA, ServSafe and HACCP standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or culinary training in a bakery production environment preferred.
Must have basic knowledge of weights, measures, and mixing techniques.
Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
Other physical requirements include but are not necessarily limited to reaching, grasping, and pounding, stretching, and kneeling.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must have open availability.
