- Itinerary Development
- Plan and design customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
- Research and incorporate unique experiences and hidden gems to enhance trips.
- Client Consultation
- Work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
- Provide professional advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
- Booking Management
- Handle all aspects of booking, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed and align with the client’s requirements.
- Travel Assistance
- Provide clients with travel documents, itineraries, and essential information about their destinations.
- Offer support for any last-minute changes or emergencies during the journey.
- Vendor Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, tour operators, and local guides.
- Negotiate rates and secure exclusive offers for clients.
- Market Research
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments.
- Recommend new destinations or experiences based on current trends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
- Experience: preffered, not required
- 1-3 years of experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with booking tools and travel management systems is preferred.
