Sports Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sports Specialist to join our team. As a Sports Specialist, you will assist clients in selecting the perfect honeymoon destinations tailored to their preferences, budgets, and travel desires. This role requires excellent customer service, expert destination knowledge, and the ability to create personalized travel experiences. You will work remotely, utilizing your skills in communication and travel planning to deliver memorable honeymoon experiences to clients from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their honeymoon preferences, including destination, budget, style of travel, and special requests.
• Research and recommend the best honeymoon destinations, activities, resorts, and tours based on individual client needs.
• Create custom itineraries that offer a unique, personalized, and memorable honeymoon experience.
• Provide detailed information and expert advice on travel logistics, accommodations, local culture, dining, and activities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, transfers, accommodations, and tours, ensuring a seamless trip for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest honeymoon trends, top destinations, and exclusive offers to provide expert advice.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, offering support before, during, and after their trip.
• Ensure timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure clients’ needs are met.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel planning, tourism, or a related field, preferably with a focus on honeymoon or luxury travel.
• Strong knowledge of popular honeymoon destinations, resorts, activities, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client requests, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms, email communication, and virtual meeting tools.
• Knowledge of different cultures, languages, and destinations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work with clients in different time zones.
