Responsibilities
- Lead local safety efforts to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
- Oversee local sustainability initiatives to meet internal goals.
- Manage and file the OSHA 300 log annually.
- Report all plant metrics, training, OSHA incidents, minor incidents, close call reporting, investigations, TRIR, and sustainability efforts.
- Lead the safety committee in meetings and projects, collaborating with other departments.
