Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to develop creative assets for packaging, in-store, digital, and social media campaigns. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all designs align with our brand strategy and are properly formatted for various mediums. This position is part-time, minimum 30 hours per week.

How YOU will contribute
- Develop creative assets for packaging, in-store, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Adapt approved creative concepts, packaging graphics, brand communications, and final designs for print and digital mediums.
- Assist with designing brand marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand strategy and briefs.
- Prepare production files for packaging graphics and display graphics for printers.
- Supervise the printing process when needed.
- Design secondary packaging graphics as required.
- Work with the team to develop workflows, processes, and systems to manage the design pipeline.
- Manage project schedules and provide status updates as necessary.

About YOU
- Experience: 4 years of design and graphics production experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat. Comprehensive understanding of graphic adaptation, production artwork, type, color, and printing processes (such as offset, rotogravure, or flexography) as it relates to consumer packaging.
- Travel: Local and/or overnight travel required (5%).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
