About the Role
The successful candidate will assist in pasteurization and cheesemaking processes, working closely with the Creamery Supervisor and other leadership staff. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to company protocols.
Main Responsibilities
- Process milk and cream through each step of the cheesemaking process, ensuring high-quality products.
- Foster a safe working environment by following GMPs, safety, and quality programs.
Key Requirements
- 18 years or older with basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of continuous prior experience in any industry.
- Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision.
- Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems.
- CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND ABLE TO WORK IN A COLLABORATIVE TEAM.
- Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule.
- Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and directions.
