As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This role requires a high level of logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems
- Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Minnesota Class 2B Boiler License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
