Production Operator, 1st Shift Overview
The Production Operator is a key member of our team, responsible for performing manufacturing processes that add value and quality to our inputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain equipment and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals and objectives
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Compensation: $20.20 per hour plus shift differential
