About the Role
The Production Operator is a key member of our team, responsible for performing manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs and create high-quality final products.

Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of continuous prior experience in any industry
- Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
- Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems
- Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators
- Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
- Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
- Knowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment
Working Conditions
The Production Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels. The position requires standing, walking, and engaging in movement throughout the day, as well as lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection may be required.
