Sales Director - Kroger This position require the person to reside in the Cincinnati area. The Sales Director will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the overall Land O'Lakes business with one of our largest and most important retailer partners - Kroger Team. This role will build and maintain a diverse, motivated, high-performing team charged with delivering aggressive volume, share, and profit targets. This will be achieved by leveraging a deep understanding of Kroger and Land O'Lakes priorities and capabilities and leveraging both for mutual growth by constantly seeking to elevate Land O'Lakes as a leader in our categories, how we go-to-market, Sustainability, Ag Policy, DE&I, etc. This leadership role will also draw upon their outstanding analytical abilities to fully leverage both Land O'Lakes and Kroger resources for mutual benefit, and to enhance robust talent development of the Kroger team. Required Experience / Knowledge / Skills : Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. 8 or more years work experience in consumer package goods and / or sales experience with strong knowledge of large retailers. 4 or more years of experience working with / for Kroger or one of their divisions (strongly preferred) 2 or more years of experience managing and leading a team in a selling / business development environment Analytical skills with the ability to process large amounts of data and develop recommendations and action plans Strong financial (trade management) acumen Proven ability to build effective multi-level cross functional relationships Proficiency with 84.51 systems (Market 6 & Stratum) as well as Circana and / or Nielsen platforms Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Salary range : $159,520 - $299,100 About Land O'Lakes, Inc.
