Job Title: 3rd Shift Sanitation Team Member
The Sanitation Team Member works under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor and Sanitation Team Lead to clean production rooms, disassemble equipment for further cleaning, and complete production tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include performing various cleaning tasks, which may involve reaching above head with a scrub brush, cleaning on a ladder, using a water hose, and applying cleaning detergents and sanitizers while adhering to company safety and quality programs.
Responsibilities
- Communicate work order progress to supervisor and production operators.
- Maintain a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
- Follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation plans.
- Identify and report potentially non-conforming product and equipment to Supervisor and the Quality Assurance Department.
- Be flexible in work performed and schedule.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
- Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Work across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.
- Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.

- 1 years of continuous prior experience in any industry.
- Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision.
- Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems.
