**Job Description:**
The Cheese Making Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire cheese making process, from raw material handling to final product packaging. This includes initiating startup, shutdown, CIP and operation of UF system, milk pasteurizer, concentrate plate, and cream pasteurizer.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall cheese making process to maintain high quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Collaborate and follow instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
