- Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
- Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Diagnose problems with electrical systems to identify problems.
- Regularly check the electrical processes and equipment to ensure efficient functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, repairs, and servicing information.
- Familiarity with safe working practices, proper PPE, and LOTO.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of work experience; preference given to those with 1-2 years of maintenance or farm maintenance experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
