About the Job:
We are seeking an Equipment Technician II to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment to ensure efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine system evaluations of mechanical equipment, identifying performance trends or issues and recommend course of action.
- Plan, perform, and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Work with parts planner and supervisor to update/create PMs as needed and add new parts to stock.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with various departments.
Essential Skills:
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment, packaging equipment, and building systems.
- Strong mechanical industrial skills and ability to work with various types of equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and product manuals.
